Ash and Oak Arborists Ltd are the experts in tree and vegetation management. Locally owned and operated in the Bay of Plenty we come recommended. The team are trained and fully qualified in all aspects of the industry. Trees need removing for various reasons, disease, shading, dangerous limbs, or too big for the property. When this is the case the team can safely climb using ropes and harnesses to dismantle or fell the tree/s. Climbing and dismantling means trees can be removed safely with no damage caused to any surrounding targets. We also have the equipment for fast and efficient shelter belt removals.

Crown reduction, is one of the most common tree surgery practices, and when done correctly can be very effective in managing and maintaining the tree. Crown reduction reduces the area of the crown as a whole (both laterally and vertically). Crown reductions may be used to reduce mechanical stress on individual branches or the whole tree. Reductions or tree pruning allows the tree to be more suited to its immediate environment, can increase light and reduce encroachment on an area or building.

Ash and Oak Arborists can also remove tree stumps. Stump grinding eliminates many of the problems associated with traditional stump removal methods. We have two stump grinders a larger model and smaller so tight access is not an issue.
